Responsible for the curriculum and administration of the mandatory English courses (CEF B2 / C1) for the BA, BSc and MA programmes. Developing and conducting seminars on research and academic writing. Consultant lecturer for quality control in academic writing and citation styles. Supervising seven lecturers, including teacher training. Bachelor's/Master's theses supervision.

Responsible for the quality management of the teletext chat of the RTL Media Group: developing and setting up quality standards, cross-checking regulations and legal requirements, and training employees. Leading the administrative team (25-30 people): Steering of internal and external team communication as well as personnel planning and performance reviews.
