Leading the editorial team (6 people): planning, task allocation, sub-editing and quality control of articles and newsletters for an online publisher. Researching and writing articles and editorials as well as conducting quality assessments of external sources. Assistant to CEO: daily office administration, creating job advertisements, shortlisting candidates and conducting job interviews.
Quality Manager / Project Manager 2002 – 2009
Responsible for the quality management of the teletext chat of the RTL Media Group: developing and setting up quality standards, cross-checking regulations and legal requirements, and training employees. Leading the administrative team (25-30 people): Steering of internal and external team communication as well as personnel planning and performance reviews.
